At Dapol Model Railways, we want you to be fully satisfied with your scale models; if an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging. Please ensure all locomotives and rolling stock are handled with care to maintain eligibility for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the model you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Place the item back in its original Dapol display box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our service center, ensuring you use a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the model for completeness and condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
