What shipping methods do you offer for model locomotives?
We offer standard and express shipping options globally. All locomotives and rolling stock are securely packaged in protective foam and sturdy outer boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Do your models come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Dapol products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering mechanical and electrical defects. Please retain your proof of purchase to facilitate any warranty claims.
Are your models compatible with other brands?
Our N Gauge and OO Gauge models are designed to standard scales and will run on any compatible track system, such as Peco or Hornby, provided the power system (DC or DCC) matches.
What is your return policy for faulty items?
If your model develops a fault within 30 days of receipt, we offer a full refund or exchange. For items outside of this window but within the warranty period, we provide a professional repair service.
Do you offer DCC fitting services?
Many of our models are 'DCC Ready' or 'DCC Fitted.' If you purchase a DCC-ready model, we offer an optional professional fitting service for digital decoders and sound chips prior to dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery's progress.
